CAGE is registered in Switzerland [reg. no. CHE-115.283.563 MWST] as a limited liability association with transparent financial accounting. The association’s membership is the ultimate authority and members are able to vote on key issues at general meetings. Click on the link to view the association’s statutes.

CAGE is operated on behalf of its membership by an experienced independent board which is advised and supervised by an advisory panel comprised of investors, analysts and investor relations executives.
