Membership

Membership allows free entry to key association events including the annual conference and ad-hoc company meetings. In addition, carefully-selected partner organisations offer members a number of free services and special offers.

Three categories of membership are available:

Individual Membership carries the right to vote and is available to investment professionals active primarily within institutional fund management (buy-side), equities brokerage (sell-side) and credit research. Investor relations managers of publicly-listed FMCG or food retail companies that are not Corporate Members are also eligible for Individual Membership.

Associate Membership is non-voting and available to other related investment, banking or industry sectors, whose participation is judged to result in either a direct or indirect benefit to the association. Professions that are currently eligible for Associate Membership include corporate finance, investment banking, mergers & acquisition, private banking, private equity, corporate access, financial PR, investor relations consulting, consumer market research, consumer industry consulting and certain corporate functions within FMCG and food retail companies.

Corporate Membership carries the right to vote and is available solely to publicly-listed FMCG and food retail companies.

A membership fee is chargeable annually. The board reserves the right to refuse membership of the association.
